The factory starter bushings on these bikes are known to wear out quickly.
KTM’s service schedule recommends inspection or replacement every 40 hours of use.

⚠️ Failure to replace worn bushings can result in serious and expensive damage, including:

• Bendix

• Starter motor

• Flywheel

• Ignition cover

• Engine cases

These repairs can easily turn into a very costly bill.
